The Covid-19 Virus has presented our community with a new and unprecedented challenge. 

We have been receiving numerous calls from existing and new clients regarding an array of legal matters and concerns.  These issues including routine legal affairs such as real estate transactions, contracts, and civil litigation.  We are also assisting with more pandemic specific concerns such as creating new Wills, Powers of Attorney and Health Care Directives.  Other callers have questions about Debt Relief, Bankruptcy, and Foreclosure Prevention. 

Pursuant the Cabarrus County Emergency Stay at Home Proclamation, Legal Services are identified as an Essential Business function.  We are available for office consultation by appointment.  To help ensure the safety of our staff and clients we adhering to numerous recommended precautions such as: limiting appointments to decrease volume; moving clients immediately into private rooms and limited room capacity; sanitizing  hard surfaces after each meeting; single using or sanitizing pens; and providing multiple hand sanitization options. 

We are also available through numerous video conference programs such as Zoom; GoToMeeting, Amazon Chime; Skype and others.
